Hello Friends, May is Older Americans Month, and the National Theme is: “Flipping the Script on Aging!” So, in true Valerie fashion, I am celebrating My Birthday by launching the #ValWillEducate Challenge~a movement to celebrate, elevate, and connect with the amazing older adults who have paved the way for us!
Here’s how you can join the movement and highlight the strength, beauty, and wisdom of older adults. Because aging isn’t decline—it’s legacy in motion:1. Reach Out: Call, visit, or message an older adult.
2. Share a Story: Post about someone who inspires you. Tag me and use #ValWillEducate
3. Do One Act of Kindness: Help with tech support, errands or teach something new.
4. Tag 3 or more Friends to spread the love!
